The staff were extremely accommodating when I needed to change room at the last minute due to my daughter not wanting to share a double bed with me. Another bed was given at brief notice. Staff also willing to answer my inquiries about the local area. Really warm and friendly people.

Location: we were by car so for us was fine. Individuals without car might uncover it far from the city, but nonetheless it&'s close to the Barry Island amd airport. Clean bed sheets, clean towels, toilet. Warm room, very good location to sleep especially for the value.

Nothing! Except for the reception staff who you can&'t help but really feel sorry for, especially Harry, who tried his finest for us and was friendly and helpful at all times.

Most staff are friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right outside the front of the hotel that takes between 45 mins and an hour to get into Cardiff centre.

Its nice though the staff are not professional enough but tey are trying to do their greatest also they are extremely friendlyIts near the airport which is amazing (I think 10 minutes walk) though its extremely far away from Cardiff City (about 26 km) but a bus station just infront of the hostelThe room is clean but extremely small indeedno drawers anywhere so you have to keep personal stuff inside your bag or just through everything around ;P
