Comfy bed and pillows. Powerful and hot shower. Lift obtainable which was superb as we were on the 6th floor. Breakfast was nice enough. Near to beach, eating places and bars but silent at night. Seemed reasonably priced compared to other hotels. around it. Safe obtainable to use downstairs. Had a few problems with the air con but was fixed quickly each time.

Close to the beach. and not that noisy during nights, you are able to sleep. construction work on the other side though that might disturb you on the morning if you are unlucky

Rooms were very nice with double beds and sizeable bathrooms. TV had satellite channels including movies along with the Australia network

Nothing. we booked 2 nights and only stayed 1. Shame about or money. When we checked out, we could not pay with visa. When i paid the bill with money (dollars), we did not received a receipt. He did not understand the word receipt. So we have no prove that we paid.

I loved the room I eventually got into ( for reasons below! ) The executive room with the jacuzzi bath really is lovely. And I negotiated a reduced rate. But the standard rooms often have windows onto ventilation shafts and HORREDOUS builder noise. There was nonetheless builder noise at 7am in the exec room. But there was nonetheless a queue of individuals only too ready to move in right after me!

Hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the front which is ideal to get away from the noise of the busy hotels and restaurants on the front. The market is well worth a visit to get a feel for the 'real' Nha Trang lifestyle of the locals.

My room was clean and comfortable. However unlike all of the other hotels I used in Vietnam I never felt the staff were being helpful or entirely honest.
