The girl at the reception is very friendly and helpful; the location is a little bit from the main location to be nice and quiet, but nonetheless a 3 minute walk to most of the bars and restaurants, and 5 from the beach.

The host Anh is so sweet. She is totally calm and a really nice person. She the environment at the guesthouse is really friendly and cosy. When you think of the price you get a really very good service, the rooms are okk, but what can you expect for a price like that. So if you want it cheap, nice, homely then you should deffinately go for Bao Khan.

You get a bit much more than what you would expect at 10 bucks. Air con was fine, there was hot water, and also the wireless was fast and secure. Bed was so-so. Area could get a bit noisy inside the mornings. But for budget travellers this is a very good deal.

Friendly staff, hot shower, free wifi in room, located near major area, beach is only 5 mins away, not ten as someone else commented! Unless they didn&'t learn how to cross the street!

Very cozy bed. Must have slept nicely as was not woken by morning bugle call. Finest telly of all. Good acsess to the beach and restuarants. Clean sheets and towels daily.

Good location although a lot more like 10min to the beach not the 3min that was mentioned. But no problems with walking to sights. Even though they didn't speak very much English the employees were very friendly and helpful. Got to guesthouse very early and were put into a different room until ours was ready. Not once hassled about tours and bus tickets. Good sized rooms and bathroom. Clean. Fairly decent shower.
