We had a masive room with huge windows, it was fantastic for resting and really feel with energy the next day. The staff was warm and friendly and had a lots of nice details, like they welcome us with local fuits and provided us with some thing yummy every single now and then. They had a nice collection of DVD&'s for free, so watched a few movies during the night time when back from the nearby pubs and bars.

Such an excellent hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, superb breakfast, handy location, clean bathrooms and all of the facilities you need. All of this for a really reasonable price. Greatest hotel we stayed at in Vietnam!

If you&'re looking for a very modern, clean, friendly, properly equiped hotel with fantastic rooms with TV, PC, DVD, Wifi, large bed, great breakfast, nice employees and a very high standard - here it is. For those reasons it is definitively the top choice incl. no cost pick up from the train or bus station. If you&'re looking for a location to meet and chat with other travellers, you should far better take a look at another place! But for a peaceful time in hue, especially when you&'re travelling together, I would definitively recommend it!

Great breakfast bufett, very helpful staff. Room was very clean with iron, ironboard, coffee and tea making facilities and computer inside the room.

The staff were outstanding - the friendliest and most attentive people you will ever meet. Very good English skills, and they don&'t try to sell you anything that you don&'t ask for, which is nice. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. A/C and wireless worked great. We would stay here again anytime!
