Great location, walking distance to all principal points of interest inside the old town. Room is really clean. Ask for a room on higher floor due to the fact i stayed on the ground floor, there is certainly only a small window near to the ceiling so there is certainly not enough sunlight inside the room.

We stayed here for three nights in march 2013 and it was the most effective place we stayed in Vietnam. The hotel is in very good location, near to the town centre and our room was spacious and clean. The employees were very helpful and organised an airport pick up (at a very good price), a taxi to My Son and a tour. They also gave us very good restaurant advice - ask them about Hoi An pancakes!

Good location, right on the river. only a short walk to pay a visit to all the points of interest of the old town. furtherest one away is the japanese bridge and its only 10 minutes away. hotel itself was nice, public balcony looking over the river was great too. wouldn&'t spring for a river view room though. not worth paying double the price. would suggest this place.

Staff were very useful and friendly. Rooms clean and light. There&'s a lovely balcony overlooking the river at the back where you can sit and have a drink. Breakfast was excellent, selection of omelette, pancakes (not the best), fresh fruit, toast, juice, coffee- kept us going until the afternoon. They rent bicycles for $1USD a day which can be used to cycle to the beach. Cua Dai beach is about 20mins cycle away but you can stop and have a drink at one of the river bungalows so it&'s not too bad even inside the heat of the day.

EVERYTHING! Brilliant location. Beautiful, clean spacious room and bathroom. Good included breakfast menu. Incredibly helpful employees speaking near-perfect English even helped us book transport from a different city completely. Fantastic advice on places to eat, tailors etc.
