The staff is the extremely best part of this hotel. They are all extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone will remember your name throughout your entire stay. They supply a number of tours, bike/motorbike rentals, and just about everything else you may need during your stay in Hoi An. The rooms are extremely clean and luxurious. They clean the rooms every morning and give you two bottles of water everyday. For the price, this hotel is more than perfect.

Nice big room, even with a computer in it! Great wifi. Clean with friendly staff. Would not book My Son tour though. Not impressive, and also the &"boat trip with lunch&" is rice with a plate of vegetables, with no real impressive views.

Very friendly staff, they always welcome you with your name each time you come back - amazing! The room was spacious and extremely clean. Please mind that we are talking about a vietnamese hotel, so it&'s not a 4* hotel (means extremely hard matress, not entirely spotless, some poor spots here and there), but all in all it&'s a extremely good deal for the money (incl. pool). Have a look at the position of the hotel, it&'s 15 minute walk to the city center, which is no huge deal.

All employees was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean, the drinks at the minibar had a reasonable cost (12k Dong) as properly as the greatest part was the breakfast buffet. Finest breakfast in Vietnam so far!

Best spot I have stayed in 5 years traveling. Period. The employees are the most attentive, friendly and fantastic people you will ever meet. For the price, in Vietnam, there is certainly no much better spot to stay. I promise you. The beds are amazing, the AC is f-ing killer (needed), the fresh fruit inside your room, the pool, the restaurant. need I continue There is certainly only one spot I will ever stay in Hoi An and it&'s here. It is also the only spot that remembers your name and calls you by it EVERY TIME you enter the hotel! So superb :)
