The Riverside palace hotel is a amazing location to stay if you&'re planning to spent some time in Hanoi. The location is perfect, right inside the buzzing heart of the old quarter. Within mins you&'ll reach different foot establishments, all special in their flavours and scenery. The hotel itself is clean along with the employees is extremely kind and helpful. The manager, Philippe, is almost overwhelmingly supportive in making sure you&'ll have a delightful expertise of Hanoi.

Happy to stay here ! Employees were extremely friendly, room was extremely large and breakfast was so so so good. The hotel could arrange halong bay trip, sapa trip and another one day trips with outstanding trips. We highly reommend for another travellers come to this hotel

We had a really fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very nice with a large bed, desk, cupboards and tv. Our bathroom was also extremely large and the shower was pretty and warm. The breakfast was also delicious with a selection fresh fruit, baguettes, meats and vegetables. You may also order eggs, sandwhiches, pancakes and local food off the menu which is included in the breakfast. The employees at the hotel are all really friendly and pleased to help. We booked a trip to Halong bay through the hotel which was fantastic. The hotel is situated right mext to the cathedral which you can look out on to while eating your breakfast. The location in the heart of the old town made it extremely easy to see the several points of interest of Hanoi. Will definitely stay again next time I&'m in Hanoi.

Staff here are second to none. Utterly incredible customer service and such genuinely personable individuals that work in the hotel. They went above and beyond what any guest would expect at a hotel and helped us sort out everything from buses to places to eat to tours. Our air cooling in the room was faulty at first along with the hotel manager stopped what he was doing to come to our room himself to fix it. Can&'t recommend the hotel extremely enough. So impressed and would come back in a heartbeat.

Very nice bedrooms but it is the staff who made the stay particularly pleasant. Often asking how you are and providing you a juice when returning from a trip. Also a woman called Jenny took care of booking our trips to each Sapa and Howloon Bay including all our transport and accomodation for a really reasonable price in comparison to some of the outside booking agents.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by all of the staff and given freshly squeezed fruit juice. our room was basic but really clean and comfortable with air conditioning and breakfast was included inside the daily rate. The staff at this hotel are great, they helped us sort out train tickets, halong bay tour, perfume pagoda, cabs and even called the hotel at our next destination to arrange a pick up. This made our stay much more pleasing right after a long plane journey.

We&'ve loved Everything! If you&'re looking for a spot to stay in Hanoi, just don&'t hesitate, stay here! The hotel is new, really clean and with nice rooms. The location is just perfect: in a quite little street near the cathedral, you are on a walking distance to each top spot in Hanoi. The breakfast is amazing, from vietnamese conventional (pho bo and sticky rice) to western sandwiches (huge ones) and one of the most effective pancakes we&'ve eaten so far. The most effective for last: the STAFF! This was the most effective staff service ever! We couldn&'t been so nicely treated in a five star hotel! They&'ve arranged us everything: tours, transport tickets, free transportation to bus and train station, and transport to airport. Just as an example, in a day that we were just moving from Sapa to Cat Ba, and we weren&'t staying at this hotel in Hanoi, they let us take a shower, leave our baggage there during the day, and even provide us breakfast! Thanks guys for a excellent staying in Hanoi!

What We will remember the most from this place is the hotel&'s emphasis on hospitality. They really make sure you are comfortable and often ask you with a smile. The staff is really helpful as nicely as the services is Excellent. Our rooms are bright, super clean and extremely nice. Breakfast was stunning with plenty of choice. we booked Halong Bay and train ticket to Hue through hotel which I strongly suggest ( they brought us to the train station and even helped us into the train, uncover our cabin and place). So in case you would like to stay in Hanoi, take this Hotel, everything is nice and tidy as nicely as the staff helps you as much as they can!

Best hotel during our stay in Vietnam. Right to the Old Quarter. Rooms and bathroom were large and clean, with TV, DVD recorder, computer, safe, minibar. Staff was soo warm and friendly and helpful. They speak really superb English and provide us juice, tea, coffee and fruits the whole day. For breakfast you can chose from a menu which contains a lot of diffrent meals and drinks. We also booked a tour to the Halong Bay with them and that was great, too. We looked around for a few other travel agencies but finally we booked in the hotel because it was cheaper than the agencies suggested by travel guides but seemed to be a similiar iterinary. Everything was great!
