The staff were generally friendly, no cost towel use, no cost tea, coffee and fruit at reception, the buffet breakfast was extremely very good and varied. Laundry cost was reasonable, the dorm room was like a shared hotel room, with nice non-creaky wooden bunkbeds and a spotless bathroom. Wi-fi was pretty good, and I could get it in my room.

The employees made you feel like family. They invited you to eat with them every meal time. They were beyond helpful, friendly. Most hostel employees tell you where to uncover something you need to buy, this employees would walk you to the store if close enough. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and western style with a tub/shower. No wet bathroom here like most hostels in Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.

Very Honest staff. Got a extremely nice Halong Bay Tour for 3 days. The team helps you with organisation of tours, busses and everything you want. We had a great time in Hanoi. The very best hotel in so far! ! ! !

Lucky Star Hotel is the finest location to stay in Hanoi if you desire to stay inside the Old Quarter. The facilities are really good, and the location is exceptional too. One thing that I like finest is the emotion of hotel staff. They are really helpful. I forgot my pocket inside the restaurant. Instead of keeping it, they returned it to me. Thanks to this finest hotel. I would like to recommend it to any one who desire to travel in Hanoi/

The employees was so wonderful, amazing, they gave us so professional informations with advices. Hanoi is a lovely city, and Little Hanoi Hotel place is inside the centre of this city : so easy to visit famous places. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything was really clean. So pleased to meet them.
