Absolutely recommend this hostel! Clean, lovely no cost breakfast, fantastic location, effortless to meet other travellers etc. but honestly it&'s the employees who really stand out. Special mentions to Kim and Dave. Exceptional English, suggested brilliant restaurants, booked taxis, organised bus and train tickets also as tours. No pressure to book particular tours or anything. The Sapa trip with home stay with the greatest household ever organised by Kim was one of the highlights of a 3 month trip in South East Asia. Stay here!

The employees are all super friendly and helpful. They helped me arrange excellent tours at low-cost rates even booked my trains, cab cabs and airport collection. The dorm is excellent, comfy beds, extremely clean and overall hostel offers a safe, friendly atmosphere. Would definitely come back again.

Location was great, right at the old city center, it&'s handy to walk around. the staff (Kim and David) were extremely nice, friendly and enthusiastic. and they were very useful on everything. plus, they speak fluent english.

The staff is just incredible. The dorms are cozy and clean, as properly as the social environment inside the common room is incredible. They help you book fantastic tours of Halong Bay and Sapa as properly as the value is incredible. Clean and centrally situated with an incredible breakfast, this place is a home run.

Lovely, helpfull staff. They will have an answer for all your questions (tourtrips, activities in Hanoi, bus- or traintickets) Breakfast is wonderful also the free coffee or tea inclusive fruits inside the morning and afternoon. I really enjoyed my stay here - it&'s a special atmosphere which you can not discover in every hostel. A small home far away from home - small and comfy :) Would really recommend it. Exceptional value for money.

Best hostel I&'ve stayed at in a long time! From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel more than welcome. They are offered at all hours to help, and will go out of their way to assist you. The beds inside the dorm room were seriously comfortable, each with their very own light and power outlet. The room was air-con (but not too cold), had a safe locker for each guest, a TV, and a clean en suite with hot water. Fresh towels were offered whenever needed and there was an limitless supply of free tea and coffee offered all day. The options for the included breakfast were vast and extremely tasty. I cannot recommend this hostel extremely enough.

Highly recommended. Very good location, clean and great value for money. We stayed in a private room with bathroom, A/C and a street-side window. David seemed to go the extra mile for each and every traveller and also the rest of the staff were also really friendly and helpful.

Despite being on the top bunk which is quite high, the bed was extremely comfy. Breakfast was good, fantastic to have a locker inside the room. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak English extremely well. The hostel was undergoing a bit of refurbishment whilst I was there and it was starting to look good - the staff are proud of this hostel and, all in all, I can see why.
