The stuff was friendly, although we booked two trips there ( Sapa, Halong bay) along with the prices are a bit high. At the end when we arrined back from Sapa with train at 5 within the morning they did not send anyone to pick us up like promised, so we had to take a taxi, which was for the distance expensive but they did give us the money back for the cab. The rooms are clean, nice, the breakfast was ok.

The employees of Hanoi Triumphal Hotel was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. They remembered our names from day 1 and went out of their way to help us anything you need and suggested the entire great thing to do in Hanoi. Each day they would offer suggestion and lots of smiles. Though not a super luxury hotel, the rooms were extremely fresh and clean and quiet. The breakfast was so good, I was enjoyed my favorite food salad, excellent!
