Very clean bed && large room. Basic hot/cold strong shower. Breakfast is fantastic with different choice. Extremely friendly staffs and you get no cost tea, coffee, juice all of day. Hotel listed in the centre of Hanoi Old quarter. It&'s really convenience for shopping, eating && entertainment. Halong Bay tour was brilliant && so cheap, costs 95$ for medium made our trip easier to go.

Well, 16 bucks was so good cost comes with buffet breakfast. It was the very best breakfast we&'ve found in Vietnam. Its self-location is perfect. Very easy to uncover the pubs and restaurant nearby and Draught beer is so affordable as well. We booked with them the cruise to Halong Bay && Sapa was marvelously. They offered the good trips and comparative price. We met 6 total boys and girl. Its so fun and did the trip to conquer the Peak of Fanxipan was remarkable trip. Fantastic midnight to drink and enjoy a calming night at the middle of thousand nature sounds.

We arrived early morning and warmly wlecomed by the hotel staff. Rate to compare with the quality is so good. Extremely warm and friendly employees and useful. I Booked the Halong bay at the hotel was extremely nice and so fun. I like the most is the location - near the Lake and market.

We loved all of you. It is a fabulous location and everything we wanted to see was inside a comfy walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff was really helpful, kind and professional in every way. Definitely recommend this place for everyone. I joined the group to Sapa with the others travellers stay at the hotel. Its fantastic place for meeting and sharing my experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional facilities within the old quarters of Hanoi and location is good. Lots of nice restaurants and travel agents to choose from. Recommends New Day restaurant in 72 Ma May street with fantastic food. Great net connection.

Excellent location inside the old town. Staff were friendly, breakfast was included. Hunted around Hanoi for a room with a street view and they are a bit hard to come by. Went for the deluxe room at the Hanoi Emerald and it was worth the extra money. Nice large window overlooking the street.

Deluxe rooms very clean with full set of amenities. Great location. No cost wireless inside the rooms.

It was my last days in Hanoi, one of my friends recommended this hotel. The location is great, hotel seems quite new and super clean. I stayed in the room 501 with huge window, city view, flat screen tv, private PC. Staff was so friendly and helpful, they are always to help and answer all your questions, I will be back next time.
