The location is near to Hoan Kiem Lake and centralize within the city. I suggest tourist to this hotel cause they give me a private room when I ask for a dormitary and at dormitary charge.

We paid for a nights stay in a dorm- for $4, and wen we checked in, we got upgraded to a single room for the same price as a dorm. The staff actually give you advice on what open ticket to buy, instead of just doing the hard sell like other hostels. wen we got the bus, the property owner gave us a no cost bottle of water each. The net was obtainable all day- no one was playing games on the computer all day.

Very safe, and employees are helpful even they do not understand much english, trusted. Very good location and easy to find.

Great location and very good value for money, the employees are warm and friendly and we booked a couple of tours through them at reasonable prices. would stay here again.

Very really helpful and friendly employees who went to every single effort to make our stay enjoyable. Fantastic location, close to the old quarter and lake area. Do not be put off by the back alley entrance as the rooms are brilliantly done out and spotlessley clean. Overall excellent hotel and really very good value for money.

Great, helpful staff. Extremely clean and nice room and bathroom. The location is excellent. I had the room with lake view( near to everything, . . ) and I would definitely suggest it.
