Good value for money - it doesn&'t pretend to be the Ritz but fantastic employees make the most of the place. Employees - friendly and helpful, nice people. Not all speak English but with patience and a smile they&'ll locate a way of understanding.

The two boys were extremely friendly. They even invited us to have dinner togehter. The location is near to the center( short ways) and in a small and noiseless street, which is extremly rare and hard to find in Hanoi.

Me and my girlfriend have stayed at the Planet Hotel for 4 nights and we have no complaints whatsoever. We kept reading in reviews how the staff make you really feel at house and they really do. The double room was fantastic for the cost as properly as the location is good.

The rooms are clean with decent showers and air conditioning. The breakfast was great and there is no cost internet. The hotel is in a great location, less than 10 minutes walk from the lake. The employees were so helpful, we booked our Halong bay cruise through them which was great and also the pubs and eating places they recommended were excellent. We were able to store our bags there overnight, after we had checked out and were on the Halong Bay cruise. We would definitely suggest them.

I visited Hanoi for 5 days, quite brief and booked all our day tours from this hostel. Awesome service! I really enjoy the room, it should be labeled a hotel instead. Thanks to the chamber maid for doing such an incredible job. And not forgetting the great breakfast. The tours they booked for us is very properly planned and quality-assured-I dont mind paying extra bucks for such awesome service. Special thanks to Dao for coordinating with me when I was still in Thailand via email.

FANTASTIC. Employees is extremely helpful and available. Breakfast is awesome (buffet with fruit, eggs, bacon, noodles, bread, veggies, coffee, juice etc). Rooms were great, comfortable beds. They helped us book tours and train tickets and we could store our luggage securely. Best location we stayed in Vietnam.

Believe this hostel saved our thoughts about Hanoi. Ie took their trips to Halong Bay and Sapa and they were both AMAZING! The staff, the dorm, the service is absolutely 5 stars!
