Situated only a few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake (downtown)do not use the safe deposit box, it is complicated to get back the items (the lady is out at the moment)after ordering the included breakfast they go to bakery - waiting time up to 45 minutes for breakfastoffer different classes of rooms (try to get a look to them)good location as luggage depot, when travelling trough the northno problem to book additional nights at internet-prices

This was a delight. A pretty quality hotel, fantastic staff, and fantastic modern facilities. We enjoyed our stay and will return. It proved to be the very best place for us. The hotel is attached to the Night Marketplace and Dong Xuan marketplace - the most popular shopping area, 10 Mins walking to Hoan Kiem Lake and also the same to West lake and Ho Chi Minh Complex. I think the primary reason that we will return is the location and needless to say the fantastic smiles of the staff.
