The staffs are really helpful. They help us to buy train and bus tickets and book local tours ahead of we arrive so that we can have a great plan ahead of the trip They are also warm and friendly and willing to help Depite the rather small cap of continuous hot water supply, the facilities are clean and tidy and we are satisfied

We really enjoyed our stay. The stuff was really friendly, happy and often smiling. It was right inside the middle of the old component of Hanoi. The stuff helped us to book a tour to the halong bay, which was really nice

I booked only one night in this hotel but I decided to stay longer (2 more nights) simply because of its clean, comfortable, great staff, It is a few minute walking to the lake and nearby numerous restaurants, shoping centers. bars. they have one travel office inside if you have any question just ask the lady who runs it, she is really professional. I would suggest this hotel for my friends.

It is a nice hotel with great location 3 minute walking to the lake and nearby a lot of shops. The employees was fantastic they helped us to book the trip to Ha Long Bay and Sapa I really enjoyed. My room was clean, properly equiped, delicious breakfast. I would extremely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi. It was a great value.
