We were unwell when were arrived as well as the employees were most attentive to our needs. After a couple of days we felt much much better as well as the employees went out of their way to create sure we got the most from our stay in Hanoi. They suggested places to pay a visit to that interested us e. g. museums. If they thought the distance was too far to walk soon after our illness they told us this and booked taxis. They also organised a 2 day cruise in Halong Bay, and gave us probable places to eat. We liked the hotel and employees so much that we booked an extra couple of nights there.

The receptionists and staff are really friendly and helpful, the room is properly renovated and clean and they even present internet computer in every single room for our use which is a plus factor. On our return trip from Sapa, the staff was really kind and pleased to let us check-in to the room as really as 6am without cost, I really appreciate that and I strongly recommend this Hanoi Topaz hotel in case you do go to Hanoi. My wife and I stayed all together 4 nights in this hotel. the buffet breakfast was exceptional and we really need to thank all of the hotel staff for making our holidays in Hanoi a really pleasant one. Very clean along with the employees were incredibly friendly. Cheap airport transfer. Outstanding breakfast. Late checkout. Near to main lake. Free interenet and a computer in the room.

Really nice staff, helped us out with a lot of things! Rooms are the very best we&'ve had so far in Vietnam. Location is in the old town of Hanoi, lots of items in walking distance.
