The secret tour is a must! One of our favourite days in Vietnam. Nicely worth the money. Hotel staff are all friendly and super helpful. Room was lovely- very good sized, amazing bathroom, two double beds in a twin room and tv. Straightforward to walk into town.

Mr Rot the owner is an absolute legend. The Secret Tour was not only the very best thing we did in Vietnam but the very best tour on our entire trip so far! You will see and learn so much more than those on an Basic Rider Tour. Fact. Room clean lovely balcony and decent telly. Leant me an umbrella when it rained.

This hotel is a slightly more expensive option, but for what you get it is most likely worth it. Clean rooms with TV (although the image is pixellated). Clean bathroom-cum-shower. Some rooms have small balconies to enjoy the cool, crisp Da Lat air. Employees are warm and friendly and helpful as nicely as the younger ones speak very good English.

The happy, helpful employees made us feel at home and helped us with everything from their &"secret tour&" to hiring a motorbike, to suggesting restaurants. Beautiful room with lots of windows and a balcony. We can&'t say enough about how fantastic the employees was.

Best hotel we&'ve stayed at on our Vietnam trip thus far. We extremely suggest doing the &"secret&" tour. Best tour we&'ve ever been on! The hotel is inside walking distance to all points of interest in town. Staff are beautiful and really friendly. Rooms are massive and really clean. Loved the decoration also.

Everything! This was the top accomodation we have stayed in so far! The room was massive with three huge windows and a balcony to soak up the impressive views, everything is quite new or extremely well kept. The employees are hilarious as well as the &"secret tour&" on scooters all over the country side and to untouched villages was a highlight of the trip! Do not miss this tour! !

Big rooms with massive french-style windows, the view was fantastic and it was really quiet (we were on the 2nd floor of 3). Make sure you do Mr Rot&'s motorbike tour as it was the highlight of our whole 3 weeks in Vietnam - hilarious guy along with the things he showed us (and the things we ate. ) were amazing. Definitely recommend for everyone!
