We stayed within the VIP 3 penthouse room and were amazed at how gorgeous it was. Equipped with a private terrace with a koi pond and a hot tub, the view was unbelievable. Van, the tour guide to the floating markets, organized by the hotel, is excellent, highly suggest the tour as well as Van! Also included within the 7-hour tour was breakfast, coffee/tea, a tour of a rice noodle factory, a go to to an exotic fruit farm, and a private boat/driver/translator. Amazing time in Can Tho!

We booked a normal room at Kim Lan and were upgraded to a VIP suite upon arrival. The suite was beautiful and included an outdoor hot tub, patio, and koi pond. It was amazing. The staff was attentive and very helpful. They answered all our inquiries and made a local phone call for us. Location was good - near to the waterfront. Overall, really nice.

Large and clean rooms. Extremely nice bathroom with shower cabin. Lift. No cost wireless and breakfast.

Since the room wasn't ready yet when we arrived, we got upgraded and had a pretty awesome stay, but we haven't seen the other rooms. Generally, however, it was super clean and quiet.
