Can Tho is a small city but the place had a fantastic location. So straightforward to get to the markets, restaurants, and just wander the bits of the side streets scattered throughout.

The hotel is not cheaper than others in the city. It's just OK. The owner is too talkative and discriminative to Vietnamese people.

This was a great backbacker place but it was a little secluded and also the place was open during the day with seemingly no one around to watch the rooms. I found it too pricey as a single traveler having to pay for 2 people when I was traveling solo. I paid 15 for a single and another traveler paid 6 for a single. It was worth 6 but not 15 so I moved to an exceptional hotel down the street Tran Phau for 10 a single and twice as nice.

Pictures show newer rooms. We stayed and saw other rooms, much much more easy - but totally o. k. Owner is very busy in selling mekong trips. and very friendly and well informed.
