The best points about hostel Maria-A38 are extremely helpfull stuff, great breakfast, cleaness and safety. Environment is extremely friendly. Hostel is quite close(20 min walking or 5 min by cab) to massive shopping mall, bars, pampatar beach and Hilton hotel where you can rent a car.

The house is a nice spot and my room was comfortable. There was air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and a great, roomy shower. The employees was really helpful. (The house is a little hard to find; you might desire to tell you taxi cab driver that it is set back from the street. )

Romulo, and Maria were super hosts for this beautiful property. Gave us heaps of advice for seeing the island, and not getting lost/ripped off, or wasting time. Although it took a while to get to the best beaches, this place was by far the nicest available, and buses are cheap and quite regular, so it wasn't a problem. It was really a home away from home for us, with all the comforts you could hope for. Outdoor Indoor kitchen was really well equipped and a different breakfast everyday was yummy! Loved the two guard poodles - super cute!

I can high suggest this place. A extremely nice family; Romulo was extremely helpfull. The organisation of the pick up service was excellent. The breakfast of Maria was great (pan cakes, cheese, fruit salad, fresh, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs. very, extremely delicious. And it was also allowed to use the kitchen! I met there extremely nice people from Norway and USA. The areas is great (Restaurants, Sambil (shopping mall) and also the supermarket are extremely close. Many thanks all for this wonderfull stay at your posada. I felt like I was at home.

Fantastic place! Very nice and friendly people, family atmosphere along with the finest breakfast. Very goog location: near a huge supermarket, also close to the bus stop where you can get to the beach (about 10 minutes). The finest place for a holiday!
