We really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Palms. The employees were all extremely warm and friendly and they went out of their way to sort out any issues we had (not that we had many! ) The resort has some thing organised each night (e. g. Melanesian Feast, low-cost pizzas, quiz night, etc. ) This was great as there was always some thing on if we stayed at the hotel. We especially enjoyed the fire show! The pool region was very nice as well.

Clean, modern, peaceful and quiet. Not a party place even if they have a bar. My friend that did not book via Hostelbookers had to pay twice as much. Strange

It's actually more a resort than a hostel, so there's no kitchen, but you've all the amenities of a resort and it's really clean and close to towncenter (10min walk)

Would I stay there again Yes, there was little to no safety inside the dorm rooms (obvously a lot more in single rooms), but you are in Vanuatu and one of the happiest places inside the world. Very good bar and food (mby a little expensive), and we only had 3 blackouts! Definatly stay there again, people, location and cleanliness was amazing for a extremely low-cost price.
