It is at the foot of University of Washington and you can catch a bus to downtown Seattle just a couple of blocks away.

The location is good, near to budget friendly restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Staff was really helpful and nice. Room and bath rooms was clean. Easy to get places with public transportation. Area seemed safe at night. Breakfast not bad.
