Good staff, fantastic for advice about making the most of your stay. Communal philosophy in practoce that really seems to care about being a quality location to stay rather than seeing you as just a cash machine. Properly equipped kitchen, best hostel I stayed in USA.

First, just when you arrive they offer you you a glass of water which is a great deal when you just come from the airport with your large backpack. Everybody in the employees is nice and helpful and they explain you everything: From the lockers, the bathroom, the neighborhood and they give you a map of the city with the top spots. The hotel is noiseless and also the kitchen is accessible and clean. Plus the dorms were great and you sleep nicely !

It is the highest hostel I ever stayed in. Everybody was so warm and friendly and helpful and I felt welcome from the first minute. The rooms and the community location are nice and clean and really look like on the pictures :) You will never feel lonley in this hostel but meet a lot of nice people. The location is also really good. Thanks a lot so much for my great stay! I really enjoyed it and felt at ease. :)

I liked the warm and friendly staff along with the no cost net use- 2 computers. Also, the bath rooms along with the place in general were clean. It is in a great location- a nice walk to Fisherman&'s Wharf down Columbus Ave (Little Italy). It is right on the fringe of Chinatown and near plenty of great restaurants.
