Staff can help 24 hours. Entrance looks bad and have a bad smell but inside the room is not bad. I stayed in a private room. Features such as soap, shampoo, towels. are all prepared.

When we arrived the employees was helpful and offered the office computer for personal use. The hotel was quiet, it was effortless to fall asleep at night. There were two locks on my room door and I fet relatively safe about my possessions. The hotel is situated inside the heart of the Mission location with a lot of bars and restaraunts inside two blocks either direction. Its effortless to catch the bus anywhere.

Exactly what you can expect for 20 $ / night. If you are just looking for a location to sleep and take a shower, this is the right Hostel for you. Taking the Bus and BART you are downtown within 20 minutes, which is not bad at all.

I actually really enjoyed my stay here- it is definitely not for anybody looking for luxury! But it is extremely cheap- and for the cost i was actually quite surprised- it is in an awesome location, inside walking distance of the Haight, The Castro etc, and has some pretty cool bars and eating places around. I read other characters reviews saying that the manages was incredibly rude- i would agree that he is surprising in his manner- but i think you could see him a lot more as 'no nonsense' than rude- just try and keep out of his way!

Cheap rates and straightforward to get to location. Really near to some cool places to eat and drink. Felt secure most of the time.
