Helpful and friendly staff, extremely very good location for sight-seeing (20 to 30-minute walk to the Falls), clean home with a homely atmosphere, close to a outstanding Chinese restaurant (Chu&'s) and a huge supermarket. The place is air-conditioned and there are safety lockers accessible in case you bring your own lock. Also, you get free pancakes in the morning!

Great location, only a 10 minute walk to Niagara Falls and a 5 minute walk from the bus station. The employees were really helpful and friendly, giving information on the region and answered any questions I had. The hostel itself was really welcoming and could easily make myself at home! There are lockers to store your valuables along with the beds are really comfy. I would definitely suggest this hostel to pals and other travellers.

Very warm and friendly and attentive staff. We arrived late, and they were superb about making arrangements for us. The pancake breakfast is a very nice touch, too. Extremely clean.
