Friendly and helpful staff, small && mostly silent (depends on the guests) guesthouse, we felt comfortable, welcome and at home. Lot of thanks to Jay! (We brought all the cake through each security check :-))

I stayed there for five nights. It was a really cheap spot to stay, Jay, the girl who works there, is really friendly. She drove us to the mall and to the airport when we wanted to. Very nice that we got that extra service. I&'m really satisfied with my stay there and would absolutely recommend it for others who look for a cheap accomodation worth your money.

Our host was extremely welcoming despite the fact that we arrived later than the time settled for the check in by email previously. The place is nice, clean and walking to the path train at journal square to reach Manhattan is not unpleasant, and gives a appreciable glimpse of what Jersey City and its inhabitants looks like. To be honest we felt like at home in this guesthouse, what&'s much more we had the chance to be the only visitors for a week (which i assume must happen rarely) so we could appreciate the facilities and the quiet, but there is no doubt that this place is nonetheless satisfying when all the rooms are occupied. No need to enter the details but the staff was really friendly and open, for any advice regarding visiting NYC as properly as for much more basic things. Merci beaucoup Jay!

It was the very best value-for-money decision we could have done in NY! If you don&'t mind walking 15 min, you are in Manhattan in under 30 mins (WTC) and 40 minto Macy&'s.

Staying with Kris is like staying at the home of a friend! Kris will help with anything you need, from directions, to exactly where to go in NYC, to fantastic places to eat. Staying in NYC is crazy expensive, so staying in Jersey City is an excellent alternative. The property is an easy walking distance to the train station, and from there it is just a 15-20 minute journey right into Manhattan. Perfect! The property has wi-fi, a clean, nicely stocked kitchen, and two bathrooms, also as comfy and spacious rooms. We will definitely be back to stay when we go to NYC again.

It was super clean and we were made to feel really welcome. The home is situated in a really nice community, with a 20 minute walk to the PATH subway station at Journal Square. This will take you on a 25 minute ride right into Manhatten. Wonderful value for location.

The most authentic holiday accommodation on our 5-week U. S. A stay. 3 stops by Path Train from WTC. Extremely nice owners. Extremely recommend this guesthouse to all!
