They upgraded me to a double room with ensuite as they had one spare which was nice. Staff really helpful. Really very good location for cost on the upper westside near bars, shops, starbucks and just three blocks up from the subway which is only 10 minutes to midtown.

The location is good. V near to the red line. The region is nice tho with very good bars. It is very good value for money. It is clean. The room was a decent size for 3 people. Front desk staff were helpful. It is basic but decent.

We were very happy with our room they upgraded us when we got for no extra charge! Ours rooms were cleaned every day with beds made and fresh clean towels. The bath rooms were kept clean and tidy never having experienced filthy or unclean public bathroom. The employees were helpful and advised us as finest they could. Location is excellent for travelling in the city. I would certainly use this lodging again.

This was the cheapest location we found for a double with a private bathroom in Manhattan in November. Staff were very warm and friendly and helpful - each when we emailed to confirm our booking, and when we checked in. The room was clean and a good size.

Location is good, situated in a relatively qiuet neighbourhood, though still quite near to subway and bus stops. Lots of nice caf&es and restaurants within the vicinity. 2 Pharmacies within the area, with good choice of products. Cleaning of room, was wery properly done. Friendly and helpful attendants at the front desk, 24h.

This place is great for staying in Manhattan on a budget. Our room was small but clean and comfortable, and we ended up in a room with a private bathroom which was an awesome surprise.

Very affordable, and although not near to downtown Manhattan, it&'s right on the metro line, so very effortless to get downtown.
