The location, on the northwest side of Central Park is excellent, near to a subwaystation. The staff was warm and friendly and helpful.

The employees were friendly and helpful and seemed pleased to help. There&'s 2 social rooms there, one being inside the basement, which is pretty cool. It&'s not badly done out, I think for a hostel it&'s definitely one of the much better ones.

The employees were friendly - definitely the highlight of the stay. The two bed dorm room was ideal for us. The room was small but sufficient for its purpose. The location was great - right off the subway line, and nearby from Central Park. The neighborhood is safe, and chinese take out down the street.

Bed was made up, didn&'t have to do it yourself. Also no cost towel and don&'t have to create your bed down when you leave.

The complimentary breakfast is superb for a no cost one. The wash room is cleaned each day. The pub crawl on Wednesdays was great for meeting new poeple.

It was clean, close to the subway (closest a being 103rd street) and about an hour and a bit walk away to Times Square.
