Stayed in a private 3 bed room and it was exactly what we needed. They are obviously making some improvements to the place and I have no complaints about our stay there at all. I will definitely be trying to stay here again on my next trip to NY. you can beat the price, quality and location!

Fairly low cost and a excellent location. Near to the subway, the High Line, the Flatiron district, and in the middle of an awesome section of town.

The location is fantastic along with the staff is friendly. The rooms are small, but cozy. As expected when you look at pictures on their website. The rooms were really clean. I didn&'t mind walking up the stairs, but if you&'re out of shape, you won&'t like that there&'s no elevator.
