The price. The employees was helpful. When I brought too large of a lock for my locker, the employees held my backpack with my Ipad in it.

It was near to public transportation and places to eat, and it was also in an location that was nonetheless active at night. It was clean and safe with a very nice outdoor seating area.

Really wonderful location, only 10 minute walk to times square. really wonderful hostel, receptionist really helpful and nice, let us check in early despite arriving at 10am straight from the aiport! gave us lots of wonderful info about the area, don&'t know his name but extremely american! bathrooms clean and beds were super comfy, even a television inside the room!
