Location, location, location! Near to 14th Street/Union Square subway stations. including supermarkets, whole food markets and numerous other specialists stores.

Silence is not noisy. Clean. Really warm when it&'s extremely cold on street. Near 5th Avenue and Broadway. Kind staff.

Excellent location, just off 5th Ave. Liked having a fridge in the room. Modern bathroom that only had to be shared with one other, very private. Exceptional character in room, though it was fairly small. Price was reasonable for NYC! Pretty breakfast at the small Belgian cafe next door, really enjoyed the morning bagel/pastry and also the very good selection of teas and coffees.

Being from a fairly rural area, this was definitely what I thought of when I read the word &"inn&", the decoration and layout of the building was in a comfortable style that was quite nice. The location is completely fantastic and leaves such easy access to whatever you could want to see. The room and bathroom were each clean and orderly. Whilst the desk staff was not the most enthusiastic, they did give me excellent information and help.

The location is wonderful. It is really quaint, clean, and the rooms are quiet. The breakfast offered was nearby at a really cute cafe. However, it is a bit wierd simply because it seemed like they were doing a favor by giving you a cup of coffee and a muffin. They prefer that you do not sit in their seated location to eat your food. Perhaps a different arrangement can be made to make you feel a lot more comfortable. We hightly suggest the Chelsea Inn.

The staff was very warm and friendly and you really can&'t beat the accomodations for the cost listed. Really clean, great location--honestly one of the very best places I&'ve stayed in NY for the price.

It`s in a perfect area. Directly in manhattan. That`s the best, because nobody stays inside the hostel during the day. It was a small but really clean room with air condition and fridge. We really enjoyed it!
