Free parking, free pancakes and tea and coffee for breakfast, enough bath rooms for guests, social region outside at back, really cozy beds, television in our private room, secure neighborhood, everything in walking distance; about five blocks straightforward walk to $3 all day Streetcar to French quarter, marketplace about two blocks away. (about 20 mins walk to French quarter if rather walk. ) All reception and cleaning staff gorgeous and helpful, so much so we are still here as have extended our stay three a lot more nights :)

People were really friendly and the guy at the front was really helpful. Nice backyard area, but it was too cold to to create use of at the time.

The price is great Staff is extremely friendly Safe spot Full kitchen and have water and ice. Air conditioning works good and silent to sleep.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Very close to the Garden Region which is gorgeous and a lot of restaurant and bar selections closeby. Stayed in a private room which was clean and spacious.

Good value for July 4th weekend. Extremely warm and friendly staff, decent (but not great) location. Nice common region to meet other travelers. Nice public kitchen. Excellent air-conditioning all around. ATM machine onsite.
