Proximity to Metro. Free in-room wi-fi. Reasonable complimentary breakfast. Friendly check-in despite my reservation never having been entered into their system.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Location was not fantastic if you are a tourist, but prefect for us, as we wanted to be near the staples center for the basketball. Decent breakfast and clean rooms.

Good location in downtown. Good value for money. If U need to stay in downtown, The Ritz Milner Hotel would be a great choice! Easy to transport to the sightseeing sites in LA. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good location. Center od downtown. 5min walk from Metro. And there is a supermarket at next block. I do not really feel any safety anxieties. Breakfast is not so great but can not say a complain for this price.
