Really homely, big rooms, close to Hollywood 15 mins or so by bus! Everyone sits around the front room chilling like it&'s there own house which is cool. free pancakes! remarkable staff who really enforce strict noises policy due to the hostel being in residential area. 11pm quiet on weekdays or 12pm on weekends but the cool staff will tell you exactly where you can continue your night and may even go out with you.

The staff was very friendly (especially Pedro and Alex). The hostel is actually a home turned into a hostel as nicely as the staff was accordingly far more like buddies than a conventional staff. When I arrived at the hostel, there was a glitch within the reservation between hostel bookers as nicely as the hostel system, but they resolved it immediately. The room I had was a 6 -bed sharing. The room was a bit small with bunks sort of crowded in it. However, due to the fact I was mostly out of the property (roaming within the city), it was not a problem. The bed was comfortable as nicely as the cooking area facility was great. I cooked my meal there without any problems. Overall the atmosphere was friendly and cheerful. The review would not be complete without the mention of the location of the hostel. Its right at the centre of Los Angeles and you can catch a bus or train to practically anywhere (with a bit of walking of course). It was a fantastic experience.

The second kitchen out the back was relatively quiet and spacious. The location wasn&'t too bad with great links to bus and a 15 minute walk to the metro station. It&'s low cost to stay in comparison to other LA hostels.

Because it was like a home the environment was great, plus there were BBQs and such that took place.

The employees was really nice. It was situated a bit faraway from the attractions but it is extremely basic to go anywhere because there is certainly a bus stop right at the door. It is the cheapest option and had free pancakes in the morning.

Convenient to public transporation, like that it&'s a home rather than just a facility or a converted building, like that there is certainly a separate back home meant for quiet, several bathrooms to pick from.

Great choice! Traveled by myself and stayed there for 3 nights. The staff was really helpful during the whole time I stayed there and no cost breakfast each and every morning; 24 hours staff accessible for whatever needs. Place with a great vibe for backpackers =D
