It is completely located for central Yalta and also the seafront, but at the same time it is noiseless and relaxing, undisturbed by traffic. There are shops, cafes, and a bank with auto-teller close by.

Very nice place, the region is quite central. Lyudmila was really nice and really accommodating. Apartment is really clean and modern. I definitely would go back there!

I visited Ludmila&'s spot with my mum. The apartment is gorgeous and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The cooking area and also the leaving room is exclusively for the guests, which is very convenient. I would recommend it!

Ludmila is a really warm and friendly host! She made sure everything was ok during my stay and was really helpful with suggestions. Location is excellent as the apartment is right inside the middle of Yalta. Extremely recommend it.

It was exceptional to have an apartment to myself for such a low price. The location was exceptional and Lludmila and her son were friendly, meeting me to give the key and show me the apartment. Hard to rate setting for an apartment - it doesn't have a hostel character to judge by. I valued having all that space to myself after 5 months of hostels. Plus it had a bath - huge tick in my book.
