Central location of the hostel, close to the primary square. The employees were really warm and friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure you knew exactly where to go and exactly where to get the very best value for money.

Location is outstanding for catching trams and busses and locating the hostel if coming from Krakow, as bus stops at Pidvalna street and directions are as stated. Laundry machine and ironing board available. Great homely atmosphere.

Great location right by the main square. The staff was really helpful and all of the facilities were good. The twin room had bunk beds and straightforward to sleep in.

Great location, bags of character, and also the manager (Dasha) could not have been more helpful. I needed an early morning cab to the airport and she got up and called one for me and waited until I was picked up. Superb value for money.

The location is excellent as nicely as the rooms (we stayed inside the private double) are cozy and secure. Also, there is a cat!
