Clean rooms && recently renovated bathrooms. Wireless everywhere! Breakfast provided each and every morning. Employees are really friendly and often looking to help you book a tour or drive you to the bus station.

Deniz, the property owner of the guesthouse, is fantastic. Friendly and helpful - he arranged tours, airport transfers and laundry washing for us. The Barbeque he cooks each night is also great. The guesthouse is close to everything you need and a brief stroll to the marina/beach. Room size is massive and spacious.

Lovely facilities - our room had a private ensuite, t. v. (so we could watch Eurocup! ), a/c, comfy beds, a fridge, kettle, and kitchen sink. Fantastic value! Sezgin is also really warm and friendly - picked us up from the bus station and drove us to the dolmus for Ephesus. Delicious breakfast too. Superb location about 15min from Ladies Beach and 2min from nightlife.

Swimming POOOOOOL :What a nice surprise! Right after huge hotels in kusadasi, I decided to have a different experience. And it was THE RIGHT decision. This small boutique hotel will make you feel at home. Its minimalist style, carefully selected decoration, superb cleanness and very, really polite employees will make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is really nice, I really liked its ottoman touch and distinctive style. Comparing to huge hotels in city centre, this is an superb value for money. The possibility to have breakfast at the time we wanted (not having to get up in order to catch the last slice of bread from the buffet - as it is common in numerous other hotels) was possibly the very best portion of my stay!

Good facilities, nice swimming pool location and good buffet breakfast. The owner is a bit weard but other staff really friendly. Location is really good near the center, but there is quite steep hill to climb up.
