Nothing great indeed, it is really very poor and I never have such poor hostel, with no &"hostel name&" shown in the building or entrance.

This is a basic and basic accomodation with the property owner in residence Taxim and his friend Mofrat who will quickly become a friend over a meal of fish with wine or rake within the homy living room. Away from the overly touristy location but within the very center of turkish night life of taxim square, this is a warm and friendly spot that you can make your home while visiting istanbul!

The beds were comfortable and the lounge had a lot of deep seats. Also when they could possibly be bothered the staff gave me free tea.

Staff is really friendly. You often will be invited for a Turkish Tea for Free of charge. Some weekends they arrange parties. For a first view it seems that staff does not speak properly english, just don&'t be confused in Difficulties of translations, they are really realy cool guys, just say Merhaba! you are in Turkey! Location can not be better. 24 hours WiFi connection. I enjoyed my staying! Thank you guys for real turkish hospitality!

Perfect location near Istiklal street and Taksim sq. Cheapest hostel in heart of Istanbul - I have dorm room for NY eve just for 7! And they have really helpful stuff!
