Sur Hotel has a extremely welcoming staff. Upon arrival, they allowed early check -in and even gave us a on the house breakfast the morning we arrived. (Usually offered only to travellers who stayed the night previous). We stayed in a three bed private room. The room was extremely spacious and clean with a amazing view of the shoreline. The breakfast was delicious and also the breakfast employees was extremely warm and friendly and hospitable. The hostel employees answered any questions we had and even offered to arrange transportation to the airport.

It was the cheapest hotel, which I had found in Istanbul. I was really surprised, how great was the stay. Every single day extremely great breakfast serve on the terrace (bread, honey, eggs, scrumbled eggs, marmelades, fruits, veges, cheese, yogurt, olives, cookies, . ), which was refill during the breakfast. the room was also extremely nice, simple, clean, with tv, toilet and fridge. each and every day the employees clean the room and change towels. the employees was also extremely warm and friendly and helpfull.

I have travelled a lot on several continents and can honestly say the efficiency and particularly friendliness of all of the staff, receptionist, maids, cook, owner and his son was the best and I have encountered. They make staying at this hotel an awesome expertise and present a level of personal service I haven&'t seen even at much much more expensive 5 star hotels. We felt entirely looked after and at home. The amazing views on the breakfast region along with the range and quality of the included breakfast were another bonus along with the fantastic location. Great value for money expecially compared with other hotels in that area.
