Staying in Star Cave was honestly the extremely best travel experience I have ever had. and I travel a lot! I thought this location was a hostel, but it&'s actually a gorgeous, high-class hotel. They have one room with dorm beds, which is where I stayed. It&'s an outstanding deal--not only do you get to sleep in a cave, but you get a extremely fancy breakfast within the morning, for free! I arrived within the morning, and was greeted by Ramazan, the nicest guy you&'ll ever meet. He got me settled in, and gave me some extremely good suggestions for points of interest to see, places to eat, etc. He also offered me and my companions outstanding deals on tours (he knows EVERYONE in Cappadocia! ). Ramazan went out of his way to create our experience memorable. He made us feel at home in Goreme. I have suggested this location to friends and colleagues who are interested in seeing Cappadocia--and I will continue to suggest Star Cave! I will definitely be returning to this place, not only due to the fact Cappadocia is totally magical, but due to the fact Ramazan is the extremely best host and Star Cave is the extremely best hotel from which to experience it. Lovely hotel. We booked 2 person private which they did not have ready so they upgraded us to the triple deluxe room which was beautiful, if you have a little extra $$ this room is worth it! Great breakfast, nice communal area and a warm and warm and friendly atmosphere.

My stay at Star Cave was the very best I experienced in my travels through Turkey. The rooms are actually inside a cave, which is really cool and they always seem to be at a excellent temperature. The hotel is also in a exceptional location. The buffet breakfast was exceptional as well with a wide selection of foods. However, my favourite component of the hostel was the staff. Very helpful and everything is kept clean and tidy. Ramazan is the man, warm and friendly and always happy to help out. Ask him to take you on a scooter ride ;).

EVERYTHING! This place was so amazing. We only stayed for a day, but we were really tempted to stay longer (and almost certainly would have if not for flights). Everyone was so hospitable and helpful, but especially Ramazan. He was often quick to respond to emails before we arrived. Arranged everything for us. In 24 hours we were able to see a whirling dervish performance, do the hot air balloon ride, and rent a scooter to get to underground cities. When he could he gave us rides. Breakfast was great. He provided us with hot beverages and cold drinks when needed, and random snacks. Plus, the rooms were great! They were so nicely done, so great to stay in. He showed us a couple of empty ones, and they were all really nice. I loved this place. I already suggested it to a family I met in Antalya. I would suggest it to everyone.

Really enjoyed my stay at Star Cave. Ramazan is an excellent host; friendly and cheerful, organised airport pickup, booked tours and helped with money problems. Had the very best breakfast I&'ve had in all of Turkey - the usual plus just a liiittle bit extra. The cave dorm was fantastic and wonderfully dark - fantastic for sleeping in following long walks the previous day.

The property was in an amazing spot right off the key Goreme &"downtown&". The layout allowed for people to easily meet each other and greatest of all it is a small family owned hotel. The owner, Ramazan, was truely amazing and helpful and really a happy and funny person whom you will become fast pals with. Ramazan made sure that we were well set up prior to arriving through quick and helpful email responses and while there we could not have had a far better host.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. Thanks Memo! Stayed in private room with 1 single/ 1 double bed + private bathroom. (Room 101) Nice and comfortable cave pension. Not cold at all. Extremely spacious room.

Everything! The breakfast was fantastic and also the owner provided great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The beds were extremely comfortable and also the bath rooms would clean. I arrived early in the morning and was able to check in early which was great!
