The breakfast was excellent, one of the extremely best that we&'ve had whilst travelling around turkey. The staff were very useful and gave us maps of the area. We were allowed into our room as soon as we arrived (which was extremely much appreciated as we&'d just come off of a night bus). Our room was clean and there were tea and coffee making facilities inside the room. They didn&'t mind us hanging around for a few hours inside the evening of the day we checked out whilst we were waiting to catch another night bus.

The location was excellent, really near to the key attractions along with the bus stop (Otogar). The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to make us really feel welcome. Everything was clean along with the room was really cozy with a gorgeous view.

So sorry that I arrived at the hotel at 4:30am and woke up the employees who is super nice and let me stay inside the terrace-tavern which has a very good view. At that early morning I saw the gorgeous sunrise of Goreme. The owner of the hotel is also a pilot from Air Kapadokya. I joined the hot air bolloon tour which is AMAZING! He is the really best pilot and it is safe and still during the flight. It could possibly be a great encounter that you would never forget in your life.

Great and attentive staff. We had 2 huge windows with a nice deck. would reccomend a room with a window to appreciate the view.

The employees were really warm and friendly && helpful. Unfortunately we can not remember the young man&'s name who was working at the hotel - but he was really warm and friendly && gave excellent tips about the area The breakfast was delicious. One morning we had breakfast late and by the time we were in the dining area they had ran out of boiled eggs at the buffet, so they cooked us up a fresh omelet ( we didn&'t even ask, we returned to our table to find a freshly cooked omelette waiting for us) Iwe were there in October, and also the nights were starting to get chilly, but the room had excellent heating && we were never cold at night.

I had an outstanding time at the Guven Cave hotel. I arrived early inside the morning, well just before check-in, but they nonetheless had our room ready for us to stay in and rest up. The employees were incredibly helpful giving us personalized hiking itineraries, arranging tours, and ballooning trips. The breakfast is excellent, but extremely best of all, was the property owner Mustafa who was not only incredibly helpful, but is also an exceptional balloon pilot. I definitely plan on staying at the Guven Cave Hotel when I come back to Cappadocia.
