Had an outstanding stay, all employees were very friendly and accommodating and did their very best to create our stay a very good one. To answer the negative reviews of distance to the beach unless you walk at a snail pace it is not far at all. It is close to all services and also the hotel even has moped hire to get around and can arrange transfers to exactly where you are off to next. Also unlike a lot of other places in Thailand that falsely advertise hot water this place comes with PROPER HOT water upto kettle temperatures for those that can handle it which was nice after a month of cold-Luke warm water. We also had a late flight and they arranged for us to be able to leave our luggage and use shower facilities to freshen up just before hand.

Absolute Guest house is extremely clean and also the staff is extremely friendly. We only stayed here one night, but had we been staying in Patong longer this definitely would have been the place.

Property is owned by an ex-pat Pom who is a pretty straight up bloke hence really effortless to deal with and I think he runs a pretty excellent hotel/guesthouse. More of a hotel than a guesthouse, excellent service, really large rooms, mvery clean and safe.

Alot of individuals have given low scores for the location but in case you were too near the beach you would not be able to sleep during the night time but this location was within walking distance of the night life and beach and yet far enough away so it was silent enough to sleep. The room was huge and looked just like the pictures! employees were warm and friendly and helpful.

The photo&'s show the place perfectly - the rooms are spacious, clean and have air con. Have ended up staying an extra three nights. Incredibly peaceful atmosphere, and staff are genuinely pretty and helpful. We were looking for a little relaxation so location ideal - maybe 5 min tuk tuk ride from the beach and a few local bars with very good food at reasonable prices. Excellect value for money. Perfect.

THE greatest spot I stayed in Thailand in terms of hostels. It&'s far more like a fancy hotel room. Extremely clean, safe && large rooms. The Aussie owner was an absolute legend too. Helped us with booking onward journeys, making it more inexpensive than first anticipated. Awesome pizza just across the road. Would extremely suggest :)
