The owner was so friendly. He gave us a map of the area and showed us exactly where the beach bars and marketplaces were. The room had a secure and we were encouraged to use it. The wireless worked fine. It was a reasonable walk to the main beach and strip, probably about ten minutes but we were from the noise. . and we really couldn&'t complain about a ten minute stroll to the beach!
