It was in a silent area, employees was not perfect in English, but trying to help everytime. They gave us each and every day no cost water, there were some books, beach matraces and stuff to lend for free, room has air con and fridge/ large advatage. We stayed in various rooms there and all were same, the large one for 1200BHT was really large and nice. It was not extremely close to beach - may be 15 mins walk, but it is great beacuse otherwise, we won t do just about anything but sleeping on the beach ;)

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We stayed a couple of weeks and got to know Pat, NingNong and Abdul quite well. They are all excellent enjoyable and work really hard. The rooms at the back are quieter. Its 40baht to the beach by tuk tuk taxi cab (2 people). Try going to Nopparat beach 80 baht. Go right to the end and walk over the mud flats to a lovely noiseless bay. May only be probable low tide. Very good sea food rest there. Near to Goodwill try the Boat Noodles restaurant more or less opposite. However, our favourite restaurant (Thai name! ) walk down from Boat Noodles towards town. 200 yards. There is a drinks shop then the restaurant and then a building development. Got a yellow sign. Open soon after 5. 00pm. Internal visible kitchen. Cheapest beer in town and fantastic cheap food which you can see being cooked by proper chefs. Further down on the left (100 yards) is a tiny cafe doing omelletes and Crepes. Smiling Dog Free WiFi. Starbucks WiFi is 150baht! Further down also on the left is the Indie happy hour cocktails and some beers. Nice friendly couple Norwegian/Thai, sports always shown.

Perfect in every way, huge room, dirt cheap, superb staff, mini bar is more cost-effective than the shop, booking points at reception are also more cost-effective than the agents. Would highly suggest renting a scooter at reception && go explore, 200bahtt for 24hrs. Totally 100% from us.

This is the very best location I have stayed in the last four months I have been travelling. The employees was extremely friendly and did everything they could to make sure you had a fantastic stay. Little points like the sweets on reception along with the local fruit they provide you makes this location stand out from the rest. We stayed here three extra nights as we liked it so much. They also booked us some fantastic trips at discounted rates!

We really liked this place, massive room and really clean. The employees on the front desk were also really helpful, a welcome retreat from some of the backpackers we had been staying in. The employees also organised our bus to Khao Sok National Park for 350Bhat

A fantastic place to stay! just a few blocks and you are at the beach and at the middle of Ao Nang. The rooms are huge, comfortable and really clean.
