Serena was an absolute saint. Helped everybody out with any problems and went out of her way to accommodate people's needs. Each inside the hostel and outside it. I had a couple of accidents and she helped me locate suitable medical care and showed genuine emotion and sympathy for my situation. The hostel is set up in dorm style and the huge rooms mean that you are not just paying for a bed but also a group of pals (I am still travelling with those I met at LazyHouse). The lazyhouse restaurants and the outback bar give you far more bite for your buck as you save money on your meals and get free drinks each night. I cannot recommend this hostel enough, I loved each second I spent there.

The woman Serena in Reception is an absolute diamond. So helpful with recomendations and advice. Its right within the centre of Haad Rin and includes no cost drinks and breakfast. If your looking for a location to stay on full moon, its the way to go
