Good location on the noiseless side of Haad Rin only 10 minute walk to Full Moon Partys. Close enough but still noiseless enough to sleep. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to 7/11.

We booked this hotel for over New Year and we had little choice when we booked it. When we arrived we were told that we were expected to pay 3000 Baht EACH for a COMPULSORY gala dinner. Thankfully, our reservation from HB said nothing about it and we didn't have to pay this. On arriving at our room it was still uncleaned from the previous occupants. Half an hour later when we returned, it was ready for us but hardly looked clean. This was typical of the whole hotel, too, which wasn't filthy as such but was definitely unclean, with empty bottles strewn all around both pools with no intent by cleaning staff to actually pick them up. The main pool had a great view over the beach but was absolutely disgusting. The bottom of the pool could not be seen through the cloudy water. Thankfully the smaller pool near our room was cleaner and quieter. As for safety and security, we had to firstly request a safe as our one didn't have a door on it. Then, the sign in our room told us that to be sure of security we should be in our room for when the cleaners came - they couldn't even trust their own employees! The price we paid for this hotel was nowhere near value for money and was more than twice what we'd paid anywhere else in Thailand. Would definitely NOT recommend!

Excellent pool on the beach, clean rooms, comfortable bed, in room safe, fantastic breakfast included, close to town- 10 minute walk, yet far enough away to get a good night's sleep, good selection of TV channels for the rainy days, great restaurant.

Suitable for accomadation for Full Moon party as you would pay similar price for a hut but would of been annoyed if it wasnt at a peak time.

All employees particulary the reception employees were really warm and friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and of above expected standard. Swimming pool location was excellentExcellent food within the restaurantNo poblems or bad remarks at all.

Very clean and services are available if you need them. right on the beach front and far enough away to get a good night sleep after all the partying through the night.
