The double room is spacious, clean and with own bathroom && shower. beds are hard but thats usual im Thailand. The guesthouse is located in a nice quartier with shops, cafes, restaurants, laundry. everything you need. Anyway it is not in the centre, so you have to take a taxi or walk quite a while. If you dont mind and like not so touristy places it is completely fine.

This is a great place to stay in case you do not want to be in the busy traveller part of town. If you don&'t mind walking you can easily make your way to the old city, also as the Nimmanhaemin Rd. location by foot. There are several small restaurants nearby and although numerous do not have menus in English the food is less expensive and far better than that found around the Tha Pae Gate area. The staff was very useful and even stayed up until we arrived at 11 PM (2 hours late due to train delay). The refrigerator in the room is a nice bonus and they have free coffee, tea, bread, and water downstairs in the kitchen. The wifi net signal was extremely strong and reliable. I would suggest asking for directions in Thai in case you are not being picked up by the staff as it is not on a main road and numerous Song Taew/Tuk-tuk drivers may not know exactly where it is!

This might be the very best hostel I have ever stayed in anywhere inside the world. This is due to the employees giving such superb service. They go out of their way to accomodate and assist you in anyway they can. The hostel is near to the airport and only a brief walk to the inner city. The rooms are clean as nicely as the facade of the building is fresh and new. It&'s effortless to meet the other travellers as individuals tend to congregate around the no cost internet and no cost coffee and bread inside the morning. They have clean cooking area facilities and coin laundry. If you come to Chang Mai DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY HERE!
