The owner was really nice! The room was was clean and in good shape. I have seen some comments about no one being in the office soon after 8, but the property owner was there at 10pm when I arrived and even drove me to the airport at 6am when I had to leave (for 150 Baht). It was close to everything I needed to see and do in Chang Mai. Overall, I&'d definitely go back.

It was extremely great situated for the night marketplace and extremely clean. The man inside the reception was always helpfull.

Great location. Near to a lot of points you&'d desire to see but also far enough away. It&'s nice and noiseless and comfortable. No street && party noise to keep you away. Nice clean rooms with nice bathroom and in-room deck!

It is situated inside the finest location of Chiang Mai! Close to the night marketplace along with the nightlife but in a quite area with lots of very nice bars and restaurants. Rooms are basic, but clean and extremely comfortable!

It was a extremely nice property with lovely staff. however they were not often there - you needed to go to their affiliated guest home (1 min walk) if they were out. Was right in among 2 streets with lots of stores and places to eat and a close walk to the night bazaar

The room was large, clean, and properly appointed. The location was okay, although it was down a side street of a side street and there was construction on the first side street.
