Very pleasant and helpful staff, it was like a small boutique hotel. We were made to feel secure annd welcome, nothing was a problem. Free water and wireless really welcome as we are a household of 7 travelling.

Location was great and also quiet. Room had everything and was a great size. It was really quiet. The employees were warm and friendly and did not try to sell tours, although the tour desk was obtainable at all hours to book. Wireless was outstanding Breakfast was included

A little expensive for what you get (and for what else is offered in Chiang Mai), but the room was good, in an excellent location and there was a swimming pool and breakfast included. They were undergoing a fairly massive renovation when we were there (late December 2012) - didn&'t bother us although I could see the noise and general disarray bothering some people.

Perfect location inside the centre of the city, near bars, restaurants, bank. Receptionist as nicely as the whole employees was really nice and helpful. The pool is just perfect! Eloy vera. Panama

The rooms are clean, there&'s no cost wi-fi, and there are two beautiful pools. The location is fantastic - inside the walls of old Chiang Mai, walking distance to the Night Market. It&'s an exceptional value for the money.
