Friendly staff - no question to Keith was too silly. Amazing breakfast with English bacon. Tours arranged really efficiently with no pressure at all. We returned to stay a second time. Suggest to all.

The owner was polite and helpful with places to go and see (and it was nice he spoke English). The location is fantastic and you can walk everywhere. Simple but very good breakfast inside the morning. Clean bath rooms and bedroom with great air conditioning.

Staff were often accessible to offer their services, fab advice and knew exactly exactly where to go to meet our needs. The free breakfast is fantastic fresh fruit or bacon and eggs are fantastic they even have proper Back Bacon! Really great location five minute walk from both the night market and old town. Private room was clean as properly as the air con was really really good! showers were nice and hot and had really great pressure

Hands down the greatest hostel I&'ve ever stayed in. Remarkable location, so near to everything in central Chiang Mai. The owners are super friendly and so helpful, will gladly help you with tips and suggestions and with booking activities. Rooms and shared bathroom area are spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. Extremely recommended! Don&'t stay anywhere else!

Wonderful hosts, helped us answer all questions and book everything we wanted, even went above and beyond when we asked. Location is really nice, walking distance from numerous things. Stayed during Songkran and it was an excellent place to be, both in the heart of all of the action but quiet enough that you can escape the madness!

I absolutely loved the location. So near to the city centre without paying high prices. Walking to the edge of the moat only took 5 minutes. The hostel was clean and spacious with good air conditioner for each room. The showers were also warm and had some power. The really best portion of my stay was the friendliness of the employees and owner. They were extremely helpful with booking tuk tuks and tours. But also just asking for advise on the next stage of my travel or looking for ATMs, food places and even camera shops. The breakfast was extremely good with choices of either full English or museli each a lot more with free tea or coffee. Originally had only booked 1 night but ended up staying for 3 nights total. It was fabulous and would come back for definite!

The Thai woman who works there is so adorable, friendly, helpful, kind, welcoming. Clean bathrooms, nice rooms, fabulous outdoor space. They lent us their one bike for the day, too!

Hot showers, spacious clean room, great breakfast (you&'ll get a wake up call for it too). Extremely close to old town and to night life.

As we were a bit noisy (some music) inside the evening / night they we were asked to be a bit a lot more silent in a really polite way. We really recommend this guesthouse, the location is great, the breakfast is really fresh and the location is extremely safe. Go there and convince yourself!

Very clean facilities nice hot showers, prime location walkin distance to downtown and breakfast included! She makes you bacon eggs and toast or museli and yogourt
